## Estate Buyout
- Price: from $1,800
- Duration: up to 12 consecutive hours, no overnight
- Includes: both recording suites, all three king suites as day space, chef's kitchen, lounges, gated grounds, gated parking, exclusive to one client
- Who: open by request

## Creative Estate Lockout (overnight)
- Price: from $1,500 per night
- Minimum: 2 nights
- Includes: everything in the Estate Buyout plus overnight accommodations in all three king suites (sleeps 6, up to 12 with lounge space); exclusive to one client for the full stay
- Use: writing camps, label camps, album lockouts, retreats; larger productions scoped per project as one quote
- Add-ons: house or premium engineer, private chef and catering (from $300/day), photography and content, security, transportation, runner

## Studio Session (hourly)
- Suite B: $140/hr with house engineer, $120/hr with your own engineer
- Suite C: $120/hr with house engineer, $100/hr with your own engineer
- Minimum: 4 hours
- Who: Torch members and label accounts

## Private Event
- Price: custom quote
- Use: listening parties, A&R showcases, brand activations, private industry events; fully gated, invite-only

## Torch Membership (twelve keys, application only)
- Ember: $500/month, 8 Studio Credits
- Flame: $1,500/month, 20 Studio Credits
- Blaze: $3,000/month, 44 Studio Credits
- Torch Executive: $4,500/month, 60 Studio Credits, two roster artists on the account
- Initiation: $500 or $1,000 by tier

## Terms
- Deposit: 50% of the booking total on confirmation
- Agreement: estate agreement signed via DocuSign before dates lock
- Address: released on confirmed booking only
