Torch ATL is not a recording studio.

It’s a gated creative estate.

Two industry-standard recording suites inside a luxury property built like a five-star retreat. A chef’s kitchen, lounges, an outdoor deck, guest suites, and The Torch Suite.

Torch was designed as a private estate for serious creators, where the room is ready before you arrive and the people in the kitchen between sessions are the collaborators, managers, and A&Rs to connect and expand your network. Membership is capped, and admission is by application. Members book at preferred rates, with priority, on everything the estate offers — studio hours included.

The Estate

The Studios

Two industry-standard recording suites, always staffed with a Torch house engineer. Rooms are set to your preference sheet before you walk in.

Chef’s Kitchen

A full chef’s kitchen at the center of the estate — where sessions pause and collaborations start.

Photoshoot Wall

A dedicated content and photoshoot wall for rollout assets without leaving the property.

Outdoor Deck

A private outdoor deck and grounds — gated, staffed, and yours during your session.

Conference Room

Lounges, content wall, gated grounds, and concierge service on every visit — included with every tier.

Guest Suites

Guest suites, estate buyouts, writing camps, private events, photography and videography — reserved for members first, always at preferred member rates.

Memberships

Four tiers. Twelve keys.

1 credit = 1 studio hour. Preferred rates, priority booking.

Your tier loads your account with Torch Credits each month. Book sessions in four-hour blocks; peak evenings (Thu–Sun after 6 PM) run 1.25 credits per hour. Up to a quarter of your credits roll into the next month, and members can always add credits at preferred rates — no tier change required.

How do credits actually work?

One credit is one studio hour in a staffed suite — your house engineer is included. Sessions book in four-hour blocks. Peak evenings, Thursday through Sunday after 6 PM, run 1.25 credits per hour; every other hour is one-to-one.

What if I don’t use all my credits one month?

Up to a quarter of your monthly credits roll into the next month. Running hot instead? Add credits anytime at preferred member rates — no tier change required.

What if I need to cancel a session?

Cancel 48 hours or more ahead and every credit returns to your account. Inside 48 hours the session bills — the room and your engineer were held for you.

How hard is it to leave?

Not hard. Three-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. No exit fees, no long-term contract. Dues bill on the 8th of each month.

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes — freeze your membership up to two months per year. Your key and your locked rate stay yours while you’re frozen.

Can I switch tiers?

Upgrade whenever a key is open in the tier above — your initiation carries over. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date after the three-month minimum.

Who can I bring to a session?

Up to three collaborators join any session at no charge — writers, producers, your engineer, your manager. The estate is theirs for the session too.

What’s the tour actually like?

Forty-five minutes walking the estate with us. No pitch and no pressure — if it’s a fit on both sides, you sign and your booking window opens the same day.
