House Rules
Standards that protect the Torch experience
Torch ATL is a sanctuary for serious creators. These rules exist to protect the privacy, productivity, and experience of every member. Violations may result in membership review or termination.
Booking & Access
- Book sessions in advance through the portal
- No walk-ins or unscheduled visits
- 30-minute grace period for late arrivals
- 24-hour cancellation notice required
- Operating hours: 10:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Guests
- Pre-register all guests 24 hours before
- Guest limits based on your tier
- You are responsible for guest conduct
- First-time guests must sign waiver
- Guests must present valid ID
Privacy & Discretion
- Never share the property address
- No photography of other members
- Never confirm other members' presence
- No social media location tagging
- Respect confidentiality at all times
Conduct
- Maintain a calm, professional environment
- Respect other members' sessions
- Keep noise contained to your session
- Clean up after your session
- Report any issues to concierge
Prohibited
- No smoking inside the facility
- No illegal substances
- No weapons on property
- No unauthorized recording
- No disruptive behavior
Consequences
- 1st offense: Verbal warning (documented)
- 2nd offense: Written warning
- 3rd offense: Membership review
- Severe violations: Immediate termination
- No refunds for terminated memberships
