# Torch ATL

> Torch ATL is a private destination recording estate on the east side of Atlanta, Georgia, with two professional recording suites, three king guest suites, a chef's kitchen, lounges, and gated grounds, built for artists, songwriters, producers, labels, and publishers who want to live and record in one place. Founded by Joi Coleman, a music executive with nine years at Atlantic Records across A&R and Studio Operations.

## What Torch ATL is

- A single gated estate of 5,021 square feet on the east side of metro Atlanta, about 25 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson airport and 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta.
- Two recording suites that can run at the same time. Suite B: Neumann U87 → Neve 1073 SPX → Tube-Tech CL1B → UAD Apollo X6. Suite C: Neumann TLM 103 → UA LA-610 MkII → UAD Apollo X8. Pro Tools, Yamaha HS8 monitoring, house engineer available.
- Three king guest suites (The Torch Suite, King I, King II) that sleep six overnight, up to twelve with lounge space. Six bathrooms, one per studio and suite.
- Chef's kitchen, lounges, podcast-equipped common areas, photoshoot wall, outdoor deck, gated parking for 15 vehicles.
- The street address is never published. It is released on a confirmed booking.

## Who it is for

- Writing camps, label camps, album lockouts, and retreats where the roster stays on property.
- Artists, producers, and executives who want a private, multi-day session with no shared hallways or other clients.
- Listening parties, A&R showcases, brand activations, and private industry events.
- Podcast, streaming, photo, and video production in an editorial setting.

## How it is booked

- Estate Buyout: up to 12 consecutive hours, whole estate exclusive to one client, no overnight. From $1,800.
- Creative Estate Lockout: the overnight product. Everything in the buyout plus all three suites, two-night minimum. From $1,500 per night. Camps, album projects, and retreats run under this.
- Studio Session: per-suite hourly sessions, four-hour minimum, with the house engineer or your own. Available to members and label accounts. $100–$140 per hour by suite and engineer option.
- Private Event: custom quote.
- Torch Membership: twelve keys across four tiers, application only, from $500 per month with preferred rates and priority booking.
- Every request is reviewed personally. A tailored quote follows, then a 50% deposit and the estate agreement confirm the dates.
